Ha a MesoNotes elindul, onnan egyszerűbb: Beállítások → Névjegy → Hibajelentés (vagy Ctrl+K → „Hibajelentés”). A program kitölti a géped adatait, a képernyőképet csak be kell illesztened, és a hibanaplót is mellé teszi. Ez az oldal arra az esetre való, ha a program nem indul el vagy nem használható.

If MesoNotes starts, it is easier from there: Settings → About → Report a bug (or Ctrl+K → "Report a bug"). The program fills in your computer's details, you only paste the screenshot, and it adds the error log too. This page is for when the program does not start or cannot be used.

Ha a program nem indul el: indítsd terminálból (mesonotes, AppImage esetén a fájl nevével), és másold ide, amit kiír. A program hibanaplója: Linuxon ~/.config/MesoNotes/mesonotes.log, Windowson a program melletti MesoNotes-data\mesonotes.log — ezt csatold a levélhez.

If the program does not start: run it from a terminal (mesonotes, or the file's name for the AppImage) and copy what it prints here. The program's error log: ~/.config/MesoNotes/mesonotes.log on Linux, MesoNotes-data\mesonotes.log next to the program on Windows — attach it to the message.

A gép adataiYour computer

Ha a program elindul: Beállítások → Névjegy → Verzióadatok másolása, és illeszd be ide. Ha nem: írd be, amit a mező kér.

If the program starts: Settings → About → Copy version details, and paste it here. If not: type in what the field asks for.

Képernyőkép: ha a hiba látszik a képernyőn, készíts róla képet, és csatold a levélhez (az űrlap nem tud fájlt csatolni). A képen ne legyen jelszó vagy olyan jegyzet, amit nem szeretnél megmutatni.

Screenshot: if the problem shows on screen, take a picture and attach it to the message (the form cannot attach files). Keep passwords and notes you would not want to show out of it.

A „Levél megnyitása” a levelezőprogramodat nyitja meg a kész levéllel. Ha webes levelezőt használsz: „Szöveg másolása”, és illeszd be egy új levélbe erre a címre:"Open the message" opens your mail program with the message ready. If you use webmail: "Copy the text", and paste it into a new message to: contact.mesonotes@gmail.com
